Moonform Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Moonform, we want you to love every piece you receive. Because our products are intimate garments, we have a few guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all customers.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Items must be in their original packaging

Hygiene liners and tags must remain attached

Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, worn, or had their protective liners removed.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items purchased during special promotions (unless stated otherwise)
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we are happy to offer an exchange as long as the item meets the conditions above and is returned within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly resolve the issue.
